Can I see what sold?

Yes. We’ll provide a sales report after the event.

What coverage did we get?

Coverage depends on the event plan and any private bookings. After the event, we can share a summary of coverage details. Contact your Swoop point of contact or email [email protected].

Can you resend galleries to families?

Yes. To resend a gallery link, email [email protected] with:

  • The event name

  • Which gallery (game time, court, team name, or any identifying detail)

  • Who it should be sent to (name + email/phone, if available)

Once we have those details, we can resend the correct link.

How much did we make?

You’ll receive a post-event report at the end of the event with earnings and sales details.
